This is our signature brand that blends science with breath and movement. This brand was developed after many years of being a celebrity trainer and a neuroscientist. I traveled globally for years developing exercise programs for celebrities, fortune 500 ceos and medical facilities. I have watched what programs were successful and which were not. After many years of blending my education and knowledge  of neuroscience and the arts and sciences of exercise and yoga, I have come up with a perfect method that will boost your metabolism, leave you long and lean, and will keep you in a "Steady State of Flow" where you will leave with a sense of calmness and clarity that you have never experienced before. All my classes use different modalities but the message remains the same..." If you work hard but stay in a mindfulness state of motion, your body will stay in balance, you will nurture your cells,as your boosting your metabolism, leaning your body and calming your mind. Gentle Yoga

You will leave feeling stretched and relaxed

Come experience a gentle Kripalu yoga class, a soft and gentle flow for beginners, allowing all participants to learn the essence of yoga.  We will guide you into gentle postures to stretch and align your body and clear your mind.  Class ends with visualizations and a meditation..relax and renew.

BMM Flow

Our signature class; you will be led through an inspiring hour of  “body mantras” designed to get you into a flow-state. A body mantra is a yoga flow that you repeat multiple time while linking your breath to your movements. You will flow through yoga movements on the mat that will not only get your heart-rate up without any jumping but also lengthen, lean, tone, and detox the whole body. This fast-paced and invigorating class will leave you feeling lighter than when you first walked in.

BMM Restorative Candlight Yoga

This is the gentle, meditative, slow stretching and rehabilitative version of antigravity aerial yoga. This approach is perfect for those with a lower fitness level, or those who just like an approach that gives you time to stretch, align your body, breathe and meditate at a deeper level. A great way to restore after a full week and renew for the upcoming week.

Kundalini Yoga

Learn how to use Kundalini Yoga to transform your mind and body to be your personal best! Teens, Young Adults and Adults Welcome.

Warm Kundalini & Hatha Flow

A gentle and steady flow from posture to posture with a focus on strength, openness, stillness, awareness and breath. Taught in the style of Kundalini and Hatha this yoga class is injury-friendly and utilizes breath and Kundalini Kriya.

Body Mantra Slow Burn Yoga and Barre

Get the best of both worlds and learn that slow does not always mean easy! Half slow flow yoga- work on your strength by holding your alignment. The second half of the class places emphasis on the lower body as you will be led through slow, small isometric movements at the ballet barre. Learn to utilize the power of your breath to oxygenate your muscles when they start to burn, you will be sure to be shaking and sweating!

BMM Fusion

A combination of all of our signature classes all in one! You will go back and forth between getting your heart rate up with yoga flows and leaning, lengthening, and toning exercises on the barre and pilates springs. A perfect class for those looking for a low impact way to lean the body without any jumping. Get the long and lean muscles you have been looking for while burning fat and clearing your mind.

BMM Fusion Fast Blast

Get the best of all of our methods with this 45 minute sweat-filled and action-packed combination of flow, fusion, and pilates. Effective combinations of low impact cardio through body mantra flows and toning exercises utilizing the Pilates springs and barre will leave you with all the leaning, lengthening, and fat burning results you desire.

BMM Pilates

Using our Pilates total toning springs and props you will get a great workout for mind and body. Great to tone those troubled areas and great for low back and core strength. Perfect class for a post-rehab workout. The focus is on alignment and core.

BMM Barre Bootcamp - LOW IMPACT! NO JUMPING!

Ultimate fat burning and metabolism boosting workout that will get your heart pumping and sweat dripping without any jumping or pounding on your joints. A challenging yet effective and sustainable class that will strengthen and lengthen every muscle in your body that follows a vigorous pace, moving through different mat and barre circuits to pump you up and slim you down.
