This Thanksgiving we will honor the Keely Family and pay tribute

to their little angel in heaven, Paige Keely, who passed away suddenly on January 8, 2018, at the tender age of six. 

She will never be forgotten and will forever be in our hearts.

Below is a schedule of the days events.  

At 9:30 am we will be releasing sky lanterns dedicated to Paige*.  Children are welcome to participate.

All Thanksgiving Programs are open to everyone in the community and are free of charge.  We will be collecting non-perishable food to be donated to a Smithtown food pantry in honor of Paige.  

* Lanterns to be released in the Galleria Terry Parking Lot located on corner of Terry Road and 347.  Studio located at 117 Terry Rd, Smithtown.

Thanksgiving Vigil

 Dedicated to loved ones lost. Utilizing the power of repetitive motions to link breath and movement, this class will allow you to clear and calm the mind and flow through the holiday with intention, ease, and joy. 

8:30 AM

The Body Mantra Method

Kundalini Flow

You will be led through an inspiring hour and 15 minutes of "Body Mantras" designed to get you into a flow-state.  A Body Mantra is a yoga flow that you repeat multiple times while linking your breath to your movements.  You will flow through yoga movements, lengthen, lean, tone, and detox the whole body.  An added bonus of Kundalini breathwork, mudras (hand positions) and more, are seamlessly blended into this one-of-a-kind workout to bring balance to the body, mind, and soul.  Flow through the class on the mat and flow through the rest of your holiday with ease. 

9:30 AM

Lantern Release

Sky lanterns release dedicated to Paige outside of the Body Mantra and Barre Studio.  Children Welcome.  

11:00 AM

Biker Barre Fusion

This high-energy,hour long class is a combination of all methods, including the spin bike, Pilates springs, barre, and yoga flows.  You will be led through an invigorating and motivational session of spinning to get your heart rate up, followed by a blend of dynamic and isometric exercises that will lean, lengthen, and tone your entire body.  The perfect blend to effectively burn fat, boost your metabolism and elevate your mood, as you will feel accomplished, not only physically, but mentally, emotionally, and spiritually.

UNUM Heart Meditation Station 

will also be available Thanksgiving Morning.
