Weight loss and Fitness Challenge

This 28 day challenge will turn you into your best version of yourself. Summer is upon us and it's a great time to get in shape,but if you have never really worked out before or your trying to get back on the fitness horse, it can be confusing or intimidating to know where to actually begin. That is why we take the confusion out of the game. Our challenges are scientifically set up to give you a different workout each day,from barre, yoga,cardio, pilates, restorative stretching to meditation. We have put together  a realistic, not-super-intimidating exercise plan made up of body weight and cardio workouts you can do basically anywhere. We give you the tools along with the nutritional guidelines, meditations and salt therapy to assist in accomplishing your goals. Invest in yourself,you are worth it!
